Jerome from Manhattan

I built this one-page soundboard as a surprise gift for someone I was dating many years ago after she told me about growing up listening to WFAN with her dad, and the legendary Yankees caller who was always, as one host put it, in the red.

Hand-coded in HTML and CSS with borrowed JavaScript, the site lets visitors trigger audio clips of some of Jerome's most memorable on-air moments. A small, sincere project rooted in a very specific slice of New York culture, and proof that the best briefs come from good relationships.
